Every plan

The balance check ships on every plan — including the free run.

Every converted statement is reconciled against its own printed closing balance before you can export it. You also get a side-by-side source review and full exports — no row locks, no watermarks — whether you’re paying or just trying it out.

Convert PDF bank statements to CSV and Excel, plus QuickBooks CSV, Xero, Sage, OFX and QIF files — built from the same reviewed rows, so the numbers match whichever format you pick.

Questions

Pricing questions

Is there a free option?

Yes. You can convert a statement and download a full export with no account, no email, and no card. It is the whole run, not a locked preview.

What do the paid plans include?

Starter covers 200 pages a month, Pro 1,000, and Business 3,000. Every plan includes full CSV and Excel exports plus QuickBooks CSV, Xero, Sage, OFX and QIF, with no row locks and no watermarks.

What is the difference between the plans?

Only the monthly page allowance and the conversion queue priority. The review flow, the balance check, and every export format are the same on all three plans.

Do you row-lock or watermark exports?

No. If a statement converts, you can export all of it. There are no locked rows and no watermarks on any plan, including the free run.

Does it work with QuickBooks Online?

Yes. StatementStudio produces a QuickBooks-ready CSV with the Date, Description and Amount columns QuickBooks Online expects on a manual import. You upload the file yourself; there is no live link.

Can I import the result into Xero, Sage or Quicken?

Yes. Alongside CSV and Excel you can export Xero CSV, Sage CSV, OFX and QIF files, and import them yourself using each tool’s manual statement import — QIF is Quicken’s own format.

What happens when I reach my monthly page limit?

You get a clear message rather than a silent stop. Nothing is truncated, and you can move up a plan whenever you need more pages.

What happens to my statement?

It stays private to your session and you can delete the job the moment you are done. When you delete a job, its uploaded file, source preview, and exports are removed and cannot be recovered.

What is coming next?

SOC 2, GDPR and AES-256 at rest, plus an API, webhooks, and Sage, Google Sheets, Zapier and Dropbox destinations, are on the roadmap and marked as coming soon on this page.
